Construction of Flats 8300 continues to make great progress every day! As of right now, we are looking to pre-lease starting early to mid January, with prospective move-in dates starting at the end of January.
In anticipation of our January opening, the construction team is working diligently on the main entrance and first floor amenity spaces such as the coffee bar, business center, and courtyard. The courtyard will be a wonderful addition, blossoming with trees and magnificent landscaping. Our state of the art 24-hour fitness center will also be available just in time for our first move-ins! Floor to ceiling windows will provide an abundance of natural sunlight for our residents.
Tile is currently being laid on the first floor, while laminate wood flooring is being installed on the first and second. The granite has been set in the kitchens, and backsplashes are currently being laid. The first, second, and third floors will be opening in late January and February. As construction progresses, more floors will open gradually through Winter and Spring. Floor plans and pricing information will be available on our website starting mid December.
We can’t wait to officially open our doors to new residents in 2016. Until then, we hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!
